Planning Permission has been secured for 32 new homes on land right in the heart of Kingsbridge town, within easy walking distance of the town’s facilities and Estuary quayside.
The permission was won on Appeal and included a number of pieces of Environmental and Technical reporting by our expert Consultants, these included a comprehensive Tree Survey report and Impact Assessment, A Reptile Survey to identify the presence of slow worms and a general Habitat Assessment across this greenfield site was also undertaken, with special work to look at any impact on Cirl Bunting.
A full drainage design was required by the Local Authority, including our undertaking of percolation testing and drainage design including an attenuation system to allow discharge into the stream alongside the site, designed to ensure no additional flood risk from the storm water from the site.
The Appeal was successful and proves how effective our team are at overcoming challenges to assist our clients in securing permissions.
